Our founder, MR. Max (Amin) Mortezapour, spent over two decades working in the field for major international energy players across the globe, from the Middle East to Southeast Asia.<\/strong><\/p>\n

He witnessed firsthand the incredible efficiency of large corporations but also observed a gap: a need for a nimble consultancy that could quickly translate cutting-edge academic research and innovative technology into practical, cost-effective field operations.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The turning point came during Max’s involvement in a joint research program between the University of Queensland and various Coal Seam Gas (CSG) operators. There, he helped develop a novel, low-cost well abandonment solution\u2014a project that eventually earned him the prestigious one of top 10 researchers in Asia.<\/strong><\/p>\n

As a step-up in his career, he persuaded a game changing chapter of his career with Weatherford where he experienced hand on cutting edge career in Onshore\/Offshore Asia Pacific and received multiple Awards.<\/strong><\/p>\n

This experience solidified the XOil philosophy: Innovation isn’t just about big budgets; it’s about smart application of knowledge.<\/strong><\/p>\n
