Our founder, MR. Max (Amin) Mortezapour, spent over two decades working in the field for major international energy players across the globe, from the Middle East to Southeast Asia.

He witnessed firsthand the incredible efficiency of large corporations but also observed a gap: a need for a nimble consultancy that could quickly translate cutting-edge academic research and innovative technology into practical, cost-effective field operations.

The turning point came during Max’s involvement in a joint research program between the University of Queensland and various Coal Seam Gas (CSG) operators. There, he helped develop a novel, low-cost well abandonment solution—a project that eventually earned him the prestigious one of top 10 researchers in Asia.

As a step-up in his career, he persuaded a game changing chapter of his career with Weatherford where he experienced hand on cutting edge career in Onshore/Offshore Asia Pacific and received multiple Awards.
